About Cerber Laboratory

Cerber Laboratory is a forensic team at the Cerber Tech company founded by developers of the WP Cerber Security plugin. The team studies and analyzes patterns of hacker attacks, malware, vulnerabilities in major plugins, and how they are exploitable on WordPress-powered websites.

We at Cerber Lab believe that successful defense and bulletproof protection are possible by using cooperative effort only. Hacker teams on the dark side of the web are well organized and use automated inventory, so do we!

For this reason, we’ve developed and maintain a cloud-based database of malicious IP addresses and malware. That’s why WP Cerber Security effectively mitigates hacker attacks on WordPress.

Our cybersecurity cloud has a group of servers distributed around the globe in different Internet zones as a redundant mesh. These servers monitor attacks on WordPress-powered websites from tens of thousands of malicious IP addresses, botnets, infected websites, and hacked devices worldwide. This helps the Cerber Tech team to develop new cybersecurity algorithms, successfully defending clients’ websites against new cybersecurity threats.
